ACCESS’ first-time homebuyer education class, Realizing the American Dream, helps participants gain the knowledge and confidence to successfully achieve and maintain homeownership. This class is 8 hours long and will be held at 2020 Cardinal Avenue, Medford, OR 97504 (ACCESS’ Olsrud Nutrition Building) or held virtually via Zoom if unable to hold in-person classes. The registration fee covers the registrant and one guest. To receive a certificate of completion, attendee must fill out an intake form (which will be emailed to you once registered) and attend the entire class. This class is being taught in English.

- Registration must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the class to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class will receive a credit to attend a future class.
- A refund request must be made to ACCESS. To request a refund, call (541) 774-4305.
- Amount refunded will be the amount paid minus the credit card processing fee.
