Applications are NOW OPEN for Royal Oaks Mobil Manor. Royal Oaks is welcoming fire-affected residents back home. Former Royal Oaks Residents have first priority, and anyone who lost their home in the wildfires of 2020 may qualify for these homes. This property features:

- Pet-friendly accommodations
- Modern and efficient HVAC systems
- Beautiful open-concept kitchens
- In-unit laundry
- New community center with lounge and kitchen
- Centrally located on RVTD bus line and near grocery stores, shops, and family activities
This has been a meaningful collaboration between ACCESS and The Housing Authority of Jackson County.

How to Apply:
Applications for Royal Oaks will be processed through the ACCESS Homeownership Center. Contact hocinfo@accesshelps.org or 541-774-4305 to apply and complete the following:
- OHCS’ duplication of benefit requirement
- First-Time Homebuyer Education (online or in-person)
- First-Time Homebuyer Counseling with a Housing Counselor
