In FY25, approximately 37% of ACCESS’s expenses were dedicated to direct client assistance, such as rental and utility payments made on behalf of clients.

An additional 23% was awarded as sub-grants to 11 local nonprofit organizations providing housing stabilization services. These funds supported 22 individual grants and three contracts.

Of the remaining expenditures:
22% supported ACCESS’s program service delivery,
8% covered administrative costs,
1% was allocated to fundraising, and
9% represented the value of donated food and medical equipment directly distributed to clients.
