In FY25, approximately 37% of ACCESS’s expenses were dedicated to direct client assistance, such as rental and utility payments made on behalf of clients.

An additional 19% was awarded as sub-grants to other local nonprofit organizations providing housing stabilization services.

Of the remaining expenditures:
25% supported ACCESS’s program service delivery,
7% covered administrative costs,
2% was allocated to fundraising, and
10% represented the value of donated food and medical equipment directly distributed to clients.
