How to Apply:
Applications for Talent Mobile Estates will be processed through the ACCESS Homeownership Center. Contact hocinfo@accesshelps.org or 541-774-4305 to apply and complete the following:
- OHCS’ duplication of benefit requirement
- First-Time Homebuyer Education (online or in-person)
- First-Time Homebuyer Counseling with a Housing Counselor
