As the local Community Action Agency, ACCESS commissioned the 2022 Jackson County Community Needs Assessment to be conducted by the Southern Oregon University Research Center (SOURCE). The assessment includes key findings on the causes and conditions of poverty in Jackson County. By gathering data with focus groups and community engagement, we have identified key issues for our cities and rural areas. With this data, we will be able to better fit the needs of this growing, changing community.
